  • Tyler Cameron said horseback riding in the Netherlands with Hannah Brown on "Bachelorette" was his worst date
  • The reality star described it as the "dumbest date" he's ever had
  • Cameron claimed Brown was so "mad" that she wanted to send him home that night

Former "Bachelorette" star Tyler Cameron is getting candid about his "nightmare" dating experience with Hannah Brown.

During an appearance on Us Weekly's "Worst Date Ever" series to promote his upcoming book "You Deserve Better," Cameron shared a story included in his book about his worst date. He recalled having a not-so-great experience when he and Brown rode horses during their one-on-one date in the Netherlands in Season 15 of "The Bachelorette."

"That was a dating nightmare," the 28-year-old former reality star said. "I’m not really good with horses. I’m much better now, I’ve gotten to be good with the horses."

Cameron admitted that he was "freaked out the whole time" and was so uncomfortable that he was "squeezing the horses so tight" with his legs.

"When I got off the horse, my legs were just shaking," he added. "If I wanted to go left, it would go right. If I wanted to go forward, it would go back. So, I could never get close to Hannah."

He added that he was far from thrilled with their date. And it appeared Brown shared his opinion as well as according to Cameron, she got upset with him because they were not able to chat during their one-on-one.

"I was like, ‘This is the dumbest date I’ve ever been a part of,'" Cameron continued. "She told me she wanted to send me home that night! She thought something was wrong."

While he wasn't eliminated that night, Cameron ultimately finished the season as Brown's runner-up. She chose Jed Wyatt, with whom she had a short-lived engagement. But there was no bad blood between Cameron and Brown, who even quarantined together in Florida in early 2020.

They filmed TikTok videos together with his best friend and "Bachelor" star Matt James, his brother Ryan Cameron, Kate Dooley, Jacob Laham and Olivia Faria, Cosmopolitan reported. The group called themselves the Quarantine Crew.

At the time, Cameron and Brown's reunion sparked rumors that they were back together. Their fans were so happy that they were willing to contribute and send him money to have him buy her a  nice engagement ring. However, Brown made it clear that they were not together and that she was single.

The "Bachelorette" star is now dating Adam Woolard. They made their relationship official in February. Just recently, Brown gushed over her boyfriend on social media and shared snaps of them cuddling by the beach.

"Adam appreciation post [blue heart emoji] Just feeling especially blessed today to have you by my side. Thank you for everything you do for me. I’m one lucky girl," she wrote on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Cameron is dating social media influencer and model Camila Kendra. They were spotted jetting out of New York City after spending a Memorial Day trip with his best pal James and his girlfriend Rachael Kirkconnell.

Cameron's book "You Deserve Better" will be released on July 27.
