The Corona Police Department arrested a suspect, Joseph Jimenez, regarding the corona movie theatre shooting case.
Joseph was arrested on the night of July 27 from his house in the 19000 blocks of Envoy in El Cerrito.
The police searched his house and discovered firearms and additional evidence related to the crime scene. Besides, the firearm also matched the caliber of the weapon that was used in the shooting.
Joseph is charged with murder, attempted murder, and robbery. He is held on $2 million bail.
Furthermore, the victim Rylee Goodrich was a scholarship student at Grand Canyon University. She came home for the summer and was visiting family in Corona.
Goodrich recently started an eyelash business and had a great future ahead of her. She was a bright student at her high school and played volleyball, ran track, and was a cheerleader.
On the other hand, Anthony, is a TikTok personality and has more than 920,000 followers on TikTok. He plays soccer at Mater Dei High and is equally famous on Instagram.
Rylee and Anthony were together inside the theatre when they were shot.
