However, her family is in complete denial. They have expressed that she is not of suicidal nature and they are baffled by her sudden disappearance.

Saniyya Dennis has a boyfriend but his identity is not disclosed due to security reasons.
Before missing, Saniyya got into an argument with her boyfriend over the phone. As a consequence, he broke up with Dennis.
At about 11 pm, Saniyya left her dorm at SUNY Buffalo State College. She threw some personal belongings in the garbage can and left the college premises.
Dennis took two different transportation heading to Niagara Falls. Her last traced location was at Goat Island. She tried calling her boyfriend several times but he did not pick up.
Then, Saniyya called a male friend in NYC and told him about the suicidal thoughts. They talked for hours until she was reconvinced to go home. Unfortunately, she never reached home and her family lodged a missing complaint on 26 April. Saniyya Dennis has a wonderful and supportive family.
She has a loving and concerned father, Calvin Byrd. He is still in search of his daughter. Moreover, he has launched several search operations and has pleaded with the public to search for Saniyya.
Dennis also has a sister, Keyora who believes that she is not of suicidal nature. Rather, she is a good human and has a good heart. 19-year-old Saniyya Dennis was last seen leaving Bishop Hall at SUNY Buffalo State College in Buffalo, New York on April 24th around 11PM.
