After years, One-Punch Man Season 3’s first trailer is here, teasing an epic battle for Saitama.
Season 3 of ‘One-Punch Man’ is an original work based on the manga series serialized in Shueisha’s ‘My Neighbor Young Jump,’ created by ONE and illustrated by Yusuke Murata. The series composition is handled by Tomohiro Suzuki, with character design by Kubota Sei, Kuroda Shinjiro, and Shirakawa Ryosuke. Read the synopsis below.
“With the highest kaiju-emergence rates in the world, Japan is no stranger to attack by deadly monsters. Enter the Japan Defense Force, a military organization tasked with the neutralization of kaiju. Kafka Hibino, a kaiju-corpse cleanup man, has always dreamed of joining the force. But when he gets another shot at achieving his childhood dream, he undergoes an unexpected transformation. How can he fight kaiju now that he’s become one himself?!”
The music is composed by Makoto Miyazaki, and animation production is by JCSTAFF. Notable voice actors include Makoto Furukawa as Saitama, Hikari Midorikawa as Garou, and Namikawa Daisuke as Dr. Genus, among others.
Saitama, a man who started as a hero as a hobby, joins the Hero Association after acquiring invincible power to defeat any enemy with a single blow through three years of special training, inadvertently becoming the disciple of Genos, and engages in daily activities within the organization; however, one day, the Hero Association finds itself with the children of its executives taken hostage by monsters claiming to be the Monster Association, leading to a gathering of S-Class heroes and the devising of a raid operation on the Monster Association’s hideout for hostage rescue, while simultaneously, amidst the battle with heroes, Garou, a “human monster” abducted by the Monster Association, awakens at their hideout.
