After one more Raw and Smackdown, it’s finally time.

On April 1-2, the 39th WrestleMania is headed to Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium and some of wrestling’s biggest names are coming along for the ride to duke it out for WWE glory on the sport’s biggest stage.

2023’s main event pits Cody Rhodes against Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal championship.

And given the historic nature of this high-profile matchup between these two heavyweights with wrestling in their lineage, fans can get in the door for shockingly affordable prices.

At the time of publication, we found some tickets going for as low as $40 before fees for a single-day pass into WrestleMania.

Two-day passes start at $182 before fees.

Rhodes vs. Reigns historical context

The New York Post reached out to Peter Arriaga Jr., the host of the podcast The Wrestling Caucus, to explain why this main event has such high stakes.

“Since Cody returned to WWE last year, he made it clear that we wanted to become the WWE Champion, a title his father, Dusty Rhodes never won,” Arriaga said.

“Also, Roman Reigns has been unbeaten for almost three years so there is a lot on the line in this match.”

Wrestlemania 39 predictions

Once again, The Post turned to Arriaga for his thoughts on how WrestleMania will shake out on April 1-2.

He believes Rhodes “will win and be the first person to defeat Roman Reigns in almost three years (cementing him) as one of the new faces for WWE.”

Other predictions from Arriaga include:

• “I think Edge may defeat Finn Balor in their Hell In A Cell match and probably challenge Cody (Rhodes) over the course of the summer.”

• “Rhea Ripley will defeat Charlotte for the Smackdown women’s championship, making her one of the new top stars in the women’s division.”
