Favorites to Win the Super Bowl
The Bills and Chiefs opened as consensus co-favorites to win the 2023 Super Bowl, but a strengthening of the AFC West and the loss of Tyreek Hill has seen sportsbooks show some doubt in the Chiefs. Business as usual in Week One for the Chiefs though, as they took down the Cardinals 44-21.
In tandem, the Bills’ odds have shortened from +750 to +500, even though the 2022 AFC East champions haven’t made any notable offseason additions. They showed no signs of letting up, as Josh Allen put in a complete performance in the season opener.
Patrick MahomesUSA TODAY SportsMeanwhile, two teams — the Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers — have entered the top-five of the futures board since the odds opened in February. Both movements are a result of those teams clarifying their quarterback situations, with Aaron Rodgers opting to stay in Green Bay and Tom Brady un-retiring after initially deciding to hang it up.
Before those respective announcements, the Packers opened with the seventh-shortest odds on the futures board at +1600, while the Bucs opened on the board with the 10th-shortest odds (+2200).
Those teams entering the top-five futures odds saw the San Francisco 49ers (+1400 at opening) and Dallas Cowboys (+1400 at opening) drop outside the top five.

Latest 2022-23 Super Bowl Champion Betting News
The Bills have cemented their pre-season status as Super Bowl favorites going 2-1 in the opening three games. An agonising defeat to Miami Dolphins kept Josh Allen and co. from the perfect start, but the former Wyoming QB is really looking the part in the early season,
Philadelphia Eagles saw a drastic rise up the odds board. A week one 38-35 win over the Detroit Lions set the tone, and the Eagles have allowed just 15 points since then. Jalen Hurts threw for three touchdowns in Week Three, and the Eagles are flying.
A lacklustre start for the Buccaneers have seen their odds move to +1000 through Week Three, which may tempt some bettors. Miami Dolphins, the AFC’s only unbeaten team, are +1600. Tempting? For sure.
