Prince William’s unpleasant habit revealed by Kate Middleton: ‘Nightmare’

Prince William is a real piece of work, according to Kate Middleton.

In remarks that resurfaced this week, the Princess of Wales revealed one of her husband’s least desirable habits — and it involves takeout food.

While visiting a Royal Air Force Base in Cyprus, Greece, in 2018, Middleton claimed her husband is a “nightmare” when he eats pizza on the couch, according to The Mirror and Marie Claire.

“Keep the pizza off the sofas,” Prince William, 40, reportedly advised, as the base opened a new recreational area.

“You’re a nightmare with that,” Middleton, 41, remarked in response.

The Post reached out to Kensington Palace for comment.

It seems it’s no secret the princess and her husband enjoy the Italian delicacy from time to time.

Last month, the pair made a surprise pizza delivery to the Dowlais Rugby Club, People reported.

They arrived with 22 pies, with toppings such as pepperoni, barbecue chicken, and goat cheese.

And in 2014, reports surfaced that a pregnant Middleton ordered pizza while staying at the high-end Carlyle Hotel on The Upper East Side.

While carrying Princess Charlotte, who is now 8, Middleton selected three pies — including one topped with spicy sausage and another with prosciutto.

The couple celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary last month.

They posted a picture riding bikes to mark the special day on their official Instagram account.

“12 years ❤️,” they wrote in the caption.

Middleton married Prince William in a grand ceremony at Westminster Abbey in April 2011. The two had been dating since their college years at The University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

William’s pizza habits may be the yeast of their worries.

A recent report claimed the prince is “prone to tantrums,” and that the two even throw pillows at each other.

Royal expert Tom Quinn, the author of “Gilded Youth,” told The Express that Middleton treats her husband “like a fourth child” because of his alleged fits.

But the two never complain, Quinn claimed, explaining that they follow the late Queen Elizabeth II‘s motto of “never complain, never explain.”

“Because William adopts the manners and ways of behaving of his grandmother, and Kate is very good at not complaining, both of them have stuck to the thing that made Queen Elizabeth II such a remarkable monarch,” he said.

They appeared as a united front at the coronation of King Charles III on May 6, making an unforgettable entrance with their three children: Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5.

Middleton, meanwhile, has been sharing more about her life as a member of the royal family.

On Monday, during a visit to the Chelsea Flower Club in London, a child asked her what it’s like to be a princess, to which she replied, “You have to work hard. But you know the best thing about it is meeting kiddies like you.”
