Music mogul Clive Davis buys $4.6M spread in celeb-filled Tribeca building

Music mogul Clive Davis just bought a Tribeca pad for $4.59 million, according to city property records.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom pad is at 108 Leonard St. His new neighbors will include Nicole Kidman and her hubby Keith Urban, as Gimme reported exclusively.

The music legend’s new fifth-floor unit is a roomy 2,448 square feet. It opens to a foyer, and a corner great room with 12-foot-high ceilings and lots of windows.

Details include wide-plank gray oak floors, an open chef’s kitchen and plenty of storage. The interiors were designed by Jeffrey Beers.

The 19th-century, 16-story landmarked building designed by McKim, Mead & White spans the block between Lafayette and Broadway, and comes with a “paparazzi-proof” garage and three separate entrances.

Davis’s former Ritz Tower duplex at 465 Park Ave. is still on the market. It was last asking $4.9 million, down from its original asking price of $7.8 million in 2017. The legendary mogul is a five-time Grammy winner.

The listing brokers were Douglas Elliman’s Elena Sarkissian, Frances Katzen, Jane Powers and Raphael De Niro.
