A new DLC of Minecraft Dungeons is due. And in Minecraft live they confirmed that the new DLC is going to be the Ocean DLC. Minecraft Dungeons has always been a very interesting game to me and the new DLCs make the experience better. Read further to know more about Minecraft Dungeons Ocean DLC.
Minecraft Dungeons
Minecraft Dungeons is a dungeon crawler video game developed by Mojang Studios and Double Eleven and published by Xbox Game Studios. It is a spin-off of the sandbox video game Minecraft and was released for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows, and Xbox One on May 26, 2020. Players who wanted a dungeon crawler experience but in a Minecart environment got the most of their money’s worth. The game-play is not open world but a hack and slash type. It is a third person view from the top making it very fun to play. The new DLC make the gaming experience so much more fun. The new but familiar biomes make us feel right at home. That is if you are a Minecraft player.
Minecraft Dungeons Ocean DLC
The Ocean DLC is a planned DLC for Minecraft Dungeons that takes place in Ocean biome that was showcased at Minecraft Live 2020. This new DLC will take place in the ocean environment and one of the levels have been designed. The Coral Rise is an upcoming level for Minecraft Dungeons that will appear in the Ocean DLC. The only proof of its existence so far are a few internal files. After the success of the previous DLC- “Flames of the Nether” this February, we may be getting the Ocean DLC sooner than we thought. It will feature the known mobs such as drowned and the guardians. Some fish mobs such as Pufferfish and Squid with the talks of squid armor. We are getting two new weapons like the harpoon and the trident.
DLC Release Date for 2021
In Minecraft Live 2020 the team said that Ocean DLC was in the making and it will be released sometime in mid to late 2021. We look forward to this new DLC as much as we did for the Nether DLC and hope that this would be if not better but as good as the previous DLCs.
