Conor McGregor blasts UFC dopers while posting ‘animal’ training video

Conor McGregor blasted sport’s dopers as he shared a video of himself training like an “animal” ahead of his trilogy UFC contest with Dustin Poirier.

The Notorious posted a topless clip on social media of him beasting himself in the gym.

The Irishman was lifting the entire rack while doing an intense abdominal exercise on the crunch machine.

And he revealed he understands why the drug-testers want to keep a close eye on him given he is an “animal” in the gym.

McGregor also hit out at what he perceived as a dropoff in the pubic announcements of failed doping tests across the world of sport.

Alongside the footage, he wrote: “Usada tested me right before this. Blood and urine.

“That’s twice this week. I don’t blame them, I’m an animal.

“What irks me tho is there is never an announcement of athletes caught anymore?

“This means – 1. They can keep it quiet. 2. Tainted supplement bulls–t excuses are accepted.”

The UFC’s poster boy suffered a devastating second-round KO loss to Poirier in January at UFC 257 in Abu Dhabi.

The two-division champ KO’d Poirier in the first round in their initial encounter in 2014.

And he has the chance to come out on top against The Diamond after their third fight in the octagon was confirmed for July 10.

The bout will take place in front of a full capacity 20,000-strong Las Vegas crowd at UFC 264, organization president Dana White confirmed last week.

McGregor has demanded the UFC create two belts to honor him.

The 32-year-old wants to see “The McGregor Belt” and “The Richest Motherf–ker Belt” in circulation ahead of his return to action in the summer — in order to recognize his global success and impact.
