Call of Duty Unlink Activision Account Error

Deactivate or Delete Account

• Login to your Activision Account


• Choose Account Linking Tab on the top-left corner


• Here, you will get to see all the Activision account linked with platforms like PlayStation and Xbox


• Check your platform (depending on if you are a PlayStation player or an Xbox user)


• Near the console, you will see a hyperlink option called UNLINK


• Click on the same to unlink your Activision Account with the platform (PlayStation or Xbox)

To solve the Unlink error:

• Use an incognito tab


• Reactivate and login through your Activision Account


• Click the Preferences page (tab on the top-left corner)


• Below the website, Activision would be asking your permission to enable Cookies


• Select the option of Reject All


• Now, head to the Call of Duty website


• Log in using this account

As you access Call of Duty by logging in from this ID,

• Notice the Account Linking on the top-left corner


• After clicking it, you will come across platforms which can get linked with your Activision account


• From here, select the medium of your choice (PlayStation, Xbox)


• For example: If you are a PlayStation player, you will see an option for PlayStation Account holder


• Adjacent to the account holder’s username, you will see an option of Unlink


• Click on Unlink


• A pop-up box would appear. From here, click continue
