Meanwhile, Chapter 59 of "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations," opens with a flashback of young Code trying to strangle young Kawaki. Code is jealous of Kawaki’s skills. He tells Kawaki if he wasn’t the chosen vessel, he would kill him right now.
Suddenly Kawaki wakes up and Amado asks if he is still having nightmares of Jigen punishing him. Kawaki tells Sumire and Amado that this time it was Code in his dreams.
Kawaki reveals Code is resentful despite knowing the fact that he is not a vessel anymore. However, Amado corrects him and states he is still Isshiki’s vessel and he cannot run away from it.
Kawaki gets agitated and tries to attack Amado who continues to tell him how he is still the vessel. As the chapter progresses, Amado notes they can still try to embed Karma on Kawaki’s body.
Elsewhere, Code learns how Ada’s fighting skills are a bare minimum. She tells him she can be his eyes and ears while he can be the knight. Later, she introduces Code to her brother Daemon and tells him that Daemon will be her second knight as they take on the Hokage and his friends in Konohagakure.
