Billy Sullivan was on the plane which crashed near the Porterville Municipality. He was declared dead as soon as the body was found.
Billy took off from the ground and started flying the plane. As soon as he took flight, the plane’s motor turned off immediately. Knowing it was not a good omen, Billy tried to land on the ground as soon as possible.
Officer James saw Sullivan trying to plane back to the airport but after some time he heard the distant thud on the ground. The white smoke appeared from distance, and the fire crew was up to rescue Billy.
The fire was under control but colonel Billy Sullivan was pronounced dead at the scene.
