Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is not backing down in their contentious post-breakup legal fight.

Herman’s lawyer recently filed a request with a Florida state court to reconsider having her legal battle with Woods — in which she accused him of sexual harassment — made public after that request was originally denied, according to USA Today.

Herman filed a request earlier in the year to have the non-disclosure agreement she signed with Woods nullified due to a legal clause that provides exceptions when there is evidence of sexual harassment or assault.

That request was denied last month, with a judge calling Herman’s misconduct claims “vague and threadbare” and saying she has not provided the appropriate evidence despite multiple opportunities to do so.

However, despite Woods wanting the case to go to private arbitration, Herman appears determined to get the case into the public, noting in the filing that Woods didn’t opt for that method when he kicked her out of his house in October.

“[Woods] called a California attorney — who promotes himself as ‘Ray Donovan with a pen’ — to unceremoniously eject Ms. Herman from the house through trickery and break up with her for him,” the court document read, per USA Today.

“The scheme involved convincing Ms. Herman to pack for a weekend excursion to the Bahamas. She and Mr. Woods often traveled on short notice for quick getaways, and she was told this would be another such trip. So, she took a minimum of items, expecting to return home in a few days.”

Instead, however, Herman is claiming Woods drove her to the airport, then told her to speak to the lawyer and left.

After that, the lawyer told her that she “would never see Mr. Woods again, had been locked out of the house, and could not return.”

Woods’ lawyer then allegedly tried to get Herman to agree to a different NDA, and “took away her personal property and pets.”

Herman has previously revealed sordid details of the breakup and is claiming sexual harassment due to the fact that Woods was previously her boss; she was the general manager at the restaurant he owned in Jupiter, Fla.

“When the sexual relationship ended, she was kicked out of her home,” the filing stated.
