Stefanos Tsitsipas, Paula Badosa emerge as new tennis power couple at French Open

Love is in the air at the French Open.

Tennis fans are in their feelings over a potential new romance between Greek star Stefanos Tsitsipas and Spanish sensation Paula Badosa.

The 25-year-old Badosa raised eyebrows when she was seen taking in Tsitsipas’ match on Sunday, when he defeated Austrian qualifier Sebastian Ofner to secure his spot in the French Open quarterfinals.

Badosa, who’s the 29th-ranked woman in the world, appeared to keep a low profile, sitting by herself in a baseball cap on and tinted sunglasses.

After the curious sighting, tennis Twitter went searching for a hint of a romance between the pros — and found it.

Internet sleuths discovered that both Tsitsipas, 24, and Badosa had recently changed their Spotify avatars to never-before-seen selfies with one another, only fueling the romance rumors, according to multiple reports.

Tsitsipas and Badosa were pictured in a car together in one photo, while another black and white snap showed the pair making fun faces, according to screen grabs on social media.

They athletes appeared to address the speculation that they’re an item in a playful exchange on Twitter.

“Waiting for the Spotify bonus after that….@SpotifySpain,” Badosa wrote Wednesday.

The fifth-seeded Tsitsipas replied in a quote tweet with: “Ok, so we’re going regional on this? @SpotifyGreece.”

The dating rumors came after Badosa reportedly denied last month that she and the Cuban model Juan Betancourt had split.

World No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz defeated Tsitsipas in a quarterfinal battle at the French Open, to set up a clash with world No. 3 Novak Djokovic on Friday.

Badosa did not play in this year’s French open due to a spinal stress fracture.
