Prince William gave a touching, but almost hidden, tribute to his estranged brother Prince Harry in a recent video shared online.
Royal viewers analyzed a clip that was posted on the Prince of Wales’ social media accounts featuring behind-the-scenes footage of the coronation weekend and spotted what could possibly be seen as hope for reconciliation.
In one shot of the video, William’s daughter Princess Charlotte runs through the family’s living room at Kensington Palace.

There was one black-and-white photograph that captured the attention of eagle-eyed viewers and it showed a young William and an adolescent Harry hugging their late mother, Princess Diana.
The snapshot was taken for the cover of their 1995 Christmas card.
Once the clip hit TikTok, fans saw what they interpreted as William’s quick nod to his brother and wished that the two would resolve their differences, according to the Mirror.
“I honestly wish Harry and William could come together. Diana would be devastated,” someone wrote on the social media platform.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had made the decision at the time to take a step back as senior members of the royal family.
Matters became even more heated when the couple unleashed a bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021, revealing how tortured they felt while being members of the Firm.

William reportedly took the series personally and was “incredibly upset and betrayed,” royal expert Katie Nicholl told “Entertainment Tonight” at the time.
“Even if William hasn’t watched this docuseries, and it’s my understanding that he hasn’t, he will be very aware of the headlines. He will be very aware of the damage inflicted on his reputation, and I think it also goes a long way in explaining why the brothers are not on talking terms,” Nicholl said at the time.
In January, Harry further got on the tell-all bandwagon with his book “Spare.”
The memoir divulged details about Harry’s relationships with his brother and their father, King Charles. The book also paid tribute to Diana.

“Both Anne and Harry have a great sense of humor and more in common than it might seem.”
