But the app has been facing a lot of issues and users have came up with various complaints related to various issues of the app. The major one among them is that the app has not been working in a certain period of time. A user said that he has a key tag and have always used it in the app to scan it but after he updated the app, he has been unable to log in and an error message pops up while signing in which says ‘invalid state’. Another user said that he had to reset the password on Safari and after doing that, he was not able to find a way to snap a record of his workout and also, he couldn’t find his old workouts. Some also said that the app lost the credentials after the update. If you are facing the same issues, you can try to fix it yourself by following these steps –

  1. Switch off and restart your phone.
  2. Remove and reinstall the app.
  3. Go to your phone settings, clear the data of the app, relaunch it and check if the problem still exists.
  4. Quit the app, relaunch it and check if the issue is still there.
  5. If you are using Safari browser on iPhone, disable it, re-enable it and allow cookies. The app will work after this.
