Another Giants player is heading down to Philly, though this one won’t sting nearly as much.
After Saquon Barkley joined the rival Eagles, wide receiver Parris Campbell is signing a one-year contract to join him in Philadelphia, according to multiple reports.
Campbell, 26, did next to nothing during his one season with the Giants, catching 20 passes for 104 yards and zero touchdowns.
The speedster did not see the field as much as expected after signing a one-year, $4.7 million contract.

Robert Sabo for the NY Post The former Colts receiver, who had 623 yards and three touchdowns in 2022, had 24 targets over his first four games with the Giants but his role was quickly reduced, and he was inactive for the Giants’ final five games.
“It’s not easy, but it’s the nature of the business,” Campbell told The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy in December. “The cliché thing to say is, ‘You know what you’re getting when you sign up,’ which is true. But there’s always things you never thought you’d be doing — and being inactive and not playing is definitely something I never thought would be happening.”

A second-round pick by the Colts in 2019, Campbell struggled with injuries over his first three seasons but has remained healthy in the last two.
Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni was the Colts’ offensive coordinator during Campbell’s first two NFL seasons.
The move comes on the heels of Barkley bolting for Philly on a three-year, $37.75 million contract with $26 million guaranteed after six seasons with the Giants.

After being selected No. 2 overall in 2018, Barkley had 5,211 yards rushing, 2,100 yards receiving and 47 total touchdowns in 74 regular-season games for the Giants.
