JoJo Siwa has spent a whopping $50,000 on cosmetic surgery after admitting that she is “a very insecure person.”
The 20-year-old singer made the shocking reveal during the GLAAD Awards in March after BuzzFeed posted a TikTok asking celebrities what was the most expensive thing they were wearing.

Since being posted, the video has been viewed more than 4 million times and has several fans praising the singer’s honesty.
“Not Jojo Siwa being the only one bold enough to actually give a price,” one person commented.
“JoJo was so real for that,” said another.
“JoJos the most real none of the others would admit to that,” a third person laughed.
While the statement was made in good spirits, the former “Dance Moms” star said last year that she is her biggest critic.

Fans were further shocked when the former Nickelodeon star turned up at the iHeartRadio Music Awards donning a silver and black ensemble with combat boots and a faux hawk hairstyle. In a TikTok, the “Gold” singer dressed in a black tank top and biker shorts while wearing her hair pulled back into a half-up, half-down style that resembled a mullet.
Siwa also wore a gold chain necklace, several stud earrings and oversized aviator shades.

“People are afraid of things they don’t know,” Siwa told E! News on the award show’s red carpet. “Things can be scary for people. New things can be very, very scary.”
Even though not everyone enjoyed the new look, Gene Simmons gave her his stamp of approval.
“JoJo is cool. Anybody who doesn’t get it is just jealous, period,” the Kiss frontman, 74, told TMZ. “Never be ordinary. Always be extraordinary. JoJo is extraordinary and she looks cool.”
