The game allows two different ways to unlock the alternate costumes for each character. Let’s start with the easiest one first.
Purchase the costume using Fighter Coins
You can purchase the alternate costume for any character, including Lily, using Fighter Coins. However, Fighter Coins cost real money. If you’re willing to spend money to get costumes for your favorite characters in the game, then you can purchase Lily’s alternate costume for 50 Fighter Coins. Capcom offers these Fighter Coins via the following deals:

However, there is another way to unlock Lily’s alternate costume in Street Fighter 6 if you don’t want to spend money on it.
Unlock Lily’s Costume through the World Tour Mode
In Street Fighter 6, players get to play an engaging campaign mode called the World Tour Mode. You can add Lily as your master in the World Tour mode, bond with her, and unlock her alternate costume. However, Lily won’t be accessible in campaign mode from the very start.
When you advance to chapter 4 in World Tour, you will be able to access a side quest called The Spirit Guide. You need to complete this side quest to unlock Lily. Once you’re in Metro City, you can find the spot for this side quest on the map. If you visit the marker, you will meet an NPC named Ana, who will task you with retrieving a stolen item from a gang member. She will also explain that she had a vision of her grandfather asking her to hand over this item to you. To retrieve this item, you will need to head over to Chinatown and find the gang member named Zimo. Once you fight and defeat him and retrieve the item, you will be asked to return to Ana.
Following this, a new location, Mexico, will be unlocked for you to access. When you visit Mexico, you will be shown a cutscene where Lily will be introduced. The game will prompt you to join a fight against Lily following this. If you can defeat her in the battle, then you’ll be able to have her as your master. After having her as your master, you will need to maximize your bond with her. You can either do it by gifting her Celery Chips, which happen to be her favorite item in the game. Otherwise, you can also achieve maximum bond level by fighting against enemies and copying her fighting styles. Once you hit bond level 100 with Lily, her second costume will finally be available in the game.
