Mitchell Robinson is out for revenge.
After the Knicks announced Tuesday that the big man was done for the season with a stress injury to the left ankle, Robinson vented his frustrations on X and promised “revenge.”
Robinson played a big role in defending 76ers star Joel Embiid during the first-round series.
But he was injured during Game 3 after he was on the wrong end of some questionable plays by Embiid during the 125-114 loss to Philly.

Robinson’s anger could be directed toward the flagrant foul Embiid committed during the first quarter of Game 3.
Embiid was down on the floor with Robinson standing over him going for a basket when Embiid grabbed Robinson’s leg and sent him tumbling to the floor.
Robinson tried to play through the ankle sprain but had to eventually sit out the rest of the game.
Embiid was given a Flagrant 1 after the officials reviewed the play.
Robinson left the Wells Fargo Center in a walking boot and missed Game 4 of that series, but did play in the following games, including the Knicks’ Game 1 win against the Pacers.
He played just 12 minutes in Game 1 and had two points and two rebounds.
The Knicks said Robinson would be re-evaluated in six to eight weeks, and a source told The Post’s Stefan Bondy that another surgery isn’t necessary.
Robinson had started the first 21 of the 2023-24 campaign at center before he needed ankle surgery and missed 49 games.
