Michael Irvin goes ballistic in ‘First Take’ debut with Stephen A. Smith

Michael Irvin’s debut Monday as Stephen A. Smith’s co-host on ESPN’s “First Take” got very heated.

The Hall of Fame wide receiver went off as he made his case for why Tom Brady has surpassed Michael Jordan as the “GOAT of all GOATS,” or greatest of all-time:

The fiery Irvin, a longtime friend of Smith’s, joined “First Take” as a co-host on Mondays after the program dismissed Max Kellerman.

Tim Tebow will serve as Smith’s debate partner on Fridays, while a rotation of ESPN personalities will go head-to-head with Smith the other days.

According to The Post’s Andrew Marchand, Smith had Kellerman removed from the show because he felt they lacked chemistry.
