Andrew Lloyd Webber’s son Nicholas dead at 43: ‘I am shattered’

Nicholas Lloyd Webber — a Grammy-nominated composer and record producer and the eldest son of famed composer Andrew Lloyd Webber — has died. He was 43.

“I am shattered to have to announce that my beloved elder son Nick died a few hours ago in Basingstoke Hospital,” Andrew, 75, said in a statement Saturday to The Post.

“His whole family is gathered together and we are all totally bereft. Thank you for all your thoughts during this difficult time.”

Nicholas, also known as Nick, entered hospice care earlier this week as his 18-month battle with stomach cancer worsened, his father announced.

Nicholas was dealing with a “bout of pneumonia” due to stomach cancer, his father said, calling the illness “ghastly.”

“We’re all here and the family here has gathered around, and it was the right place for us all to be I think,” he said in an Instagram video Thursday.

The composer was absent from the Thursday opening of his musical “Bad Cinderella” on Broadway to be by his son’s side.

Born on July 2, 1979 in England, Nicholas was best known for his work in the movie “The Last Stop” (2021), “Mr. Invisible” (2013) and the British show “Love, Lies and Records” (2017).

He married Wiltshire in June 2018.
