Michigan topples Ohio State for Jim Harbaugh’s first win over rival

Jim Harbaugh finally has his first win over Ohio State and Michigan is in position to reach the College Football Playoff for the first time in his tenure.


Hassan Haskins carried the ball 28 times for 159 yards and five touchdowns to lead the No. 5 Wolverines to a 42-27 win over No. 2 Ohio State at in Ann Arbor on Saturday. The victory puts Michigan in next weekends Big Ten Championship game against either Wisconsin or Iowa and snaps Ohio State’s eight-game winning streak in the series. Harbaugh has been had been 0-5 against the school’s biggest rivals.
