Electrop icons Charli XCX and Troye Sivan announced they’re swinging into huge venues all over North America this September and October as part of their 2024 ‘Sweat Tour’ featuring special guest Shygirl.

That includes a huge gig at NYC’s Madison Square Garden on Sept. 23 for the dance-y duo.

According to a press release, “fans can expect an electrifying show filled with exhilarating performances, stunning visuals, and infectious beats.”

Prior to the arena tour, Charli XCX will embark on a mini three-show tour promoting her new album “Brat,” due out June 7.

On that run, she’ll stop into Queens, NY’s Knockdown Center on June 11.

If you’re holding out for the ‘Sweat Tour’ though, tickets for all 21 ‘Sweat Tour’ dates can be scooped us as soon as today.

Although inventory isn’t available for the newly announced shows on Ticketmaster until Friday, April 26, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

Charli XCX new music

The ‘Sweat Tour’ comes on the heels of Charli XCX’s upcoming sixth studio album, “Brat.”

She describes the record “as her ’most aggressive and confrontational record,’ but also her most vulnerable,” in an interview with The Face.

Thus far, she’s dropped three singles from the record, the club banger “Von dutch,” rave-y “Club classics” and dreamy “B2b.”

“Club classics started in George’s kitchen,” XCX shared on Instagram. I was talking about missing hearing Sophie’s music as much as I used to at parties and ended up turning this thought into a song about only really wanting to hear my own music and my friends’ music at clubs (true).”

“B2b started with a last minute dinner at the restaurant overlooking the louvre and ended in a studio in LA with a load of equipment covered in whipped cream (also true).”

Troye Sivan new music

This year, Troye Sivan has only released one song; the swirling, kaleidoscopic Bag Raiders remix of “Got Me Started.”

In October 2023, he put out his most recent album “Something to Give Each Other,” which includes the unforgettable lead track “Rush.”

Charli XCX and Troye Sivan previous collaborations

This nationwide tour won’t be the first time XCX and Sivan have worked together; in 2018-19, they released a pair of singles, “1999” and “2099.”

Shygirl

At all shows, Shygirl will add to the tour’s club-like atmosphere.

Known for her feature work on FKA Twigs’ “papi bones” as well as hypnotic EDM bangers like “mr useless,” “4eva” and “thicc,” she’ll make showing up on time essential for the ‘Sweat Tour.’

For those that aren’t acquainted with her sound, you can find Shygirl’s complete discography here.
