Weiss adjusted the rating after attending E3 and met with Xbox CFO Tim Stuart. At E3, Microsoft focused on Xbox Game Pass as being the driver of the gaming franchise with higher engagement and a stronger monetization loop benefiting the company along with its ecosystem partners, according to Street Insider.
