Malik Nabers throws punches as Giants brawl with Lions again

Malik Nabers’ dominant day took an ugly turn.

The Giants rookie receiver was at the start of the biggest fight of the second joint practice with the Lions.

Nabers and Lions defensive backs Terrion Arnold and Kerby Joseph were jawing after an incompletion.

The former LSU star bumped into Joseph on his way back to the huddle after Joseph charged him and threw the first punch.

A few minutes later, Lions coaches sent off Levi Onwuruzurike and Morice Norris for being more interested in throwing punches.

Nabers throwing punches is the last thing the Giants need because of the injury risk of fists hitting helmets.

The first-round pick caught the first eight passes in his direction Tuesday, including an acrobatic touchdown.
