Lindsay Lohan Told Disney CEO He “Should’ve Paid Me Double” For ‘Parent Trap’

Although Lindsay Lohan doesn’t have a twin, she had plenty of people convinced otherwise during her breakout role.

The actress recently recalled her snarky retort for then-Disney CEO Michael Eisner when he asked her “Where’s your twin?” after she starred in the 1998 remake of The Parent Trap.

“I was so young, I don’t even know how I thought to say this, but I’ll never forget what I said,” she recalled on Watch What Happens Live. “I said, ‘Well, you should’ve paid me double, because I don’t have one.'”

Lohan reunited virtually with Meyers, Quaid, Elaine Hendrix and Lisa Ann Walter in 2020 to raise money for José Andrés’ non-profit organization World Central Kitchen amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although a new Parent Trap has yet to materialize, Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis are reuniting for Freakier Friday, a sequel to their 2003 Disney remake of the 1976 film, premiering Aug. 8, 2025 in US theaters.
