Former Patriots fullback Patrick Pass was arrested Wednesday in Rhode Island after allegedly assaulting an 82-year-old man at a gym.
Pass, 46, and the unidentified man allegedly got into an argument over exercise equipment at a Planet Fitness gym in North Providence before Pass shoved the victim into the floor in late August, according to multiple reports.
The 82-year-old reportedly sustained injuries to his back, per multiple reports.

Pass was given $10,000 personal recognizance and was ordered not to have contact with the victim, per records.
