Did Anyone Win The Powerball? May 21 Winning Numbers And Monday’s New Jackpot

The Powerball drawing on Saturday did not have a grand prize winner, which means the jackpot will grow. Saturday's jackpot was an estimated $117.3 million, with a cash value of $68.8 million.

The next drawing will take place Monday and will see the jackpot climb to $125 million, with a $73.4 million cash option.

The winning lottery numbers drawn on Saturday, May 21, were 14, 15, 25, 52, and 58, with a red Powerball of 11. The Power Play was 2X.

Even though there were no grand prize winners or instant millionaires, there were several smaller prizes.

If a player would have hit the Match 5, they would have won $1 million. If the ticket holder was able to match five numbers along with the Power Play, they would have won a $2 million prize.

There were eight people who hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball and won $50,000 each. Meanwhile, only two players hit the Match 4 plus red Powerball with a Power Play, winning $100,000 apiece.

The rest of the wins from the night ranged between $4 to $200. A total of 567,414 players took him prizes on Saturday night.

In a Jan. 5 drawing, a California man claimed a portion of the $632.6 million Powerball prize. It was announced last week that Orlando Zavala Lozano purchased his winning ticket at a 7-Eleven in Sacramento. Lozano’s ticket and another one sold out of state matched all five numbers and the red Powerball.

Lozano chose to take the lump sum, which meant a $225.1 million prize before federal taxes.

Jackpot winners need to match the six numbers on their ticket to the drawn six-number combination.

Five numbers must be selected from 1 to 69 for the white balls, and a number is selected from 1 to 26 for the red Powerball. There is a 1 in 292.2 million chance of winning the Powerball jackpot.
