Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is out Sunday against the Dolphins, coach Joe Judge told reporters on Friday.

Jones is still recovering from a neck strain he suffered during last week’s win over the Eagles. He is not cleared for contact.

Judge, who maintained the quarterback’s injury isn’t season-ending, said Jones will still travel with the team to Miami.

Mike Glennon will replace Jones against Miami. The veteran quarterback, who turns 32 this month, went 0-5 as a starter for the Jaguars in 2020.

Glennon’s only action this season came when Jones suffered a concussion against the Cowboys, completing 16-of-25 passes for 196 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in the 44-20 defeat.

On Wednesday, the Giants signed quarterback Jake Fromm off the Bills’ practice squad. He completed 21 of 36 passes for 172 yards in the 2021 preseason, before he was released by Buffalo on Aug. 31.

Fromm, a fifth round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, was inactive his entire rookie season.
