Burger King Offers A Whopper Of A Burger Deal At 37 Cents

Burger King fans will have something to celebrate this weekend as the burger chain is serving up Whoppers for a mere 37 cents.

Both Friday and Saturday, Burger King is offering its Royal Perks loyalty members discounted flame-broiled Whoppers as it celebrates its 64th birthday as part of a throwback deal, Today reported.

To commemorate its 64th “birthday bash,” Burger King is taking the Whoppers back to the original price it sold the burgers for back in 1957.

Zahra Nurani, head of marketing communications for Burger King North America, said in a statement obtained by USA Today, “In 1957, Burger King changed the game with the introduction of the Whopper sandwich.”

But in order for BK fans to get their hands on one, they’ll need to have a registered Royal Perks account, where a coupon will be required before an order can be placed.

There is a limit of one Whopper per account through the chain’s app or website, and it can’t be combined with any other offers, USA Today said.

Burger King’s Whopper deal comes on the heels of McDonald’s 50th-anniversary special, where it offered its Egg McMuffin for 63 cents in mid-November.
