Denver appears to have a golden ticket in the 2025 NFL Draft.
The Broncos, currently owners of the pick No. 20, “have fielded calls in recent days from teams interested in potentially moving up” in the first round, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Thursday.
Denver picks one slot ahead of the Steelers (No. 21), who happen to be in the market for a quarterback of the future.

The Steelers brought in Wilson and Fields last March, the same month they dealt quarterback Kenny Pickett, the team’s first-round pick in 2022, to the Eagles. He’s since been traded to the Browns.
As for the Broncos, they’re selecting eight spots later than last year after riding a 10-7 season that included a playoff appearance following a solid rookie campaign from quarterback Bo Nix.

The 2025 NFL Draft begins Thursday night in Green Bay.
